37. Mr. Bell

Mr. Peter Morrison

The community programme is funded to provide 130,000 places for the long-term unemployed on temporary job opportunities which improve their employment prospects and provide practical benefits for the community. In addition, up to 50,000 entrants annually are to receive some training as part of the Government's adult training strategy.
