§ Mr. Crowtherasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether Her Majesty's Government have made representations to the European Economic Community Commission concerning the proposal by the Italian Government to subsidise imported ferrous scrap.
§ Mr. Norman LamontYes. The Government have registered strong concern to the Commission about the proposed Italian measure. My right. hon. Friend the Secretary of State also raised the issue with the Italian Industry Minister last month.
