§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe dental capitation experiment is being carried out in two stages. A small pilot study lasting 12 months began on 1 October this year and will pave the way for a major controlled trial lasting two years. It is not yet possible to estimate accurately when the final evaluation of the experiment will have been completed.
