§ Mrs. ChalkerRoads in the Dartford area other than the A2 and the M25 are not my responsibility, but that of Kent county council. Although my Department has contacted the council, it cannot identify a scheme of this name. It may be that the Dartford northern bypass as the scheme to which my hon. Friend refers. I am sure the county council would be pleased to provide the necessary details.
