§ Mr. David Atkinsonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement about progress on the new Port Stanley hospital.
§ Mr. RaisonThe architect responsible for the outline design of the new hospital has recently held detailed discussions about his proposals with all interested parties in Port Stanley. I expect to receive his final report and recommendations shortly. We shall then, in consultation with the Falkland Islands Government, proceed with arrangements for the new development as quickly as possible.
