§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeTen of the 12 regional general managers appointed so far come from within their own360W authority with pre-existing contracts. These contracts contain pre-existing rights which are retained during and beyond the period of the additional contract as general manager. They do not guarantee a return to the former post held if the general manager contract is not renewed.
