§ Mr. Parryasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) what representations he has received concerning the proposed takeover bid by Nottingham Manufacturing Company for Johnson Group Cleaners (Merseyside); and if he will make a statement;
(2) if he will refer the take over bid by Nottingham manufacturing Co. for Johnson Group Cleaners (Merseyside) to the Monopolies and Mergers Commission;
(3) if he will refer to the Office of Fair Trading the takeover bid for the Johnson Group Cleaners (Merseyside) by the Nottingham Manufacturing Company.
