§ 72. Mr. Watsonasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he is satisfied with the measures adopted to ensure that European Economic Community dairy quotas are not exceeded by other European Economic Community members.
§ Mr. JoplingI have been most concerned that all member states should be implementing the milk supplementary levy according to the Community regulations. I again pressed the Agriculture Commissioner on this issue at the Council in Brussels on 12–13 November and I refer my hon. Friend to the reply I gave today to my hon. Friend the Member for Banff and Buchan (Mr. McQuarrie) on the outcome of that Council.
