§ Mr. WhitneyClaims for single payments are determined as soon as possible after all the information required has been collected. We are satisfied with the special efforts which have been made recently in Pudsey local office to speed up this process. Claims are currently being determined within four weeks of their receipt but many are dealt with sooner.
