§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish the reports of the joint manpower reviews carried out by the Prison Department and the Treasury and produced in August 1982 and June 1983, or alternatively place copies in the Library.
§ Mr. MellorThe reports produced as a result of the work of the joint manpower review are internal management documents which have assisted the Government in assessing the manpower requirements of the prison service in the course of recent annual public expenditure surveys. We have no plans to publish the reports.
