§ Mr. Ron Davisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if, in his guidance to chief constables relating to firearms certificates, he will include definitions of those rifle sights requiring adjustment for zero and fixed sights; and if he will give a general indication of the type of rifle and its use for which each would be suited.
