§ Mr. ChannonThe key to fair competition in trade in motor vehicles with Spain lies in her negotiations for entry into the European Community. The Community has now made its position clear. Under pressure from Her Majesty's Government it calls for special provision for tariffs on cars to secure a substantial improvement for entry into the Spanish market as from accession.
