§ Mr. David MitchellSo far this year I have approved 12 rail grants and one waterway grant. My right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Wales and Scotland have each approved two rail grants. When built and running at full potential it is anticipated that these projects will avoid more than 200,000 lorry movements a year on environmentally unsuitable roads.
