§ Mr. Sheermanasked the Secretary of State for Employment what further measures he is planning to eliminate racial discrimination from all aspects of the operation of Manpower Services Commission schemes in the light of the recent report by the Commission for Racial Equality and the report by Bristol university staff prepared on behalf of the Manpower Services Commission.
