§ Mrs. ChalkerMessrs. Howard Humphreys and Partners have been appointed as consulting engineers and were given details of their commission last month. We have asked them to prepare a detailed report on all aspects of the new all-purpose road south of Blackburn within 12 months so that we can then take decisions about the preferred route.
