§ Mr. WhitneyThe leaflet "Fares to Hospital" is widely distributed to health authorities and family practitioner committees for issue to hospitals and general practitioners' surgeries in both rural and urban areas. It is also available in local DHSS offices and in many citizens' advice bureaux.
