HC Deb 12 November 1984 vol 67 cc62-3W
Mr. Gerald Bowden

asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he intends to revise any of the cash limits within his programme in 1984–85.

Mr. Brooke

My right hon. Friend proposes to reduce the cash limit on the Central Administration vote by £422,000 from £49,991,000 to £49,569,000. This reduction results from a misallocation of provision transferred from the Property Services Agency in respect of accommodation charges. This announcement reflects one being made by my right hon. Friend the Attorney-General, which, subject to parliamentary approval of the necessary supplementary estimate, will make the corresponding increase to the cash limit on the Treasury Solicitor's vote. class IX vote 9.
