No, but a copy is available to any individual who asks for one.

asked the Secretary of State for Transport how many representations he has received from individual taxi drivers and their representative bodies on the proposals in his recent White Paper, "Buses".

I have received over 300 representations from individual taxi drivers and their associations. All but 95 of these consisted of a common printed text.

I have received around 2,000 representations on the White Paper and on the consultation documents which my Department issued following the publication of the White Paper.

As announced in the Gracious Speech we will be bringing forward a Bill later in this Session to implement the proposals. The representations we have received are being studied by my Department as part of the preparation of that Bill.
