§ Mr. Michael SpicerI have no plans at present to seek any changes in our arrangements with Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. We have, however, been unable satisfactorily to resolve a recent dispute with the Philippines and have therefore given 12 months' notice to terminate the air services agreement. During this period I shall be prepared to consider any proposals which will lead114W to the maintenance of services between Manila and Hong Kong and between Manila and London on a basis which is acceptable to both parties.
