§ Mrs. Renée Shortasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what progress has been made in the 48W departmental study of health services for children announced in Cmnd. 9298, page 32; by whom the study is being conducted; and when a final report is expected.
§ Mr. John PattenA small multidisciplinary team of officials is making a series of visits to different district health authorities in England to collect information for the Department about the administration of community child health services. The visits are expected to be completed by mid-1985. As indicated in Cmnd. 9298, the need for further action will be considered in the light of the information gathered.
