§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeNo. If the names of award holders were publicly disclosed, patients and others might make misleading judgments on the standing of the recipients without appreciating all the factors involved in the granting of awards. The names of award holders are, however, available to practitioners generally within their region on request to the regional medical officer.
