§ Mr. Adleyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make a statement on relations between Her Majesty's Government and the Spanish Government and on the latest position vis-á-vis Gibraltar.
§ Mr. WhitneyWe have cordial relations with the Government of Spain. On Gibraltar, we are in discussion with Spain with a view to achieving the earliest normalisation of relations as foreseen by the Lisbon agreement.
