§ Mr. FowlerI have placed in the Vote Office and the Library of both Houses copies of a consultative document setting out the Government's proposals and seeking views on giving early leavers a right to a transfer value; how transfer values should be calculated; and related matters. I have asked for responses to this document by the end of July.
