Mr. Weetch

asked the Attorney-General whether the death of Professor Street will occasion any timetable or other changes in the work of the conveyancing committee.

I understand that the committee hopes to adhere to its original timetable and programme of work.

asked the Attorney-General whether the conveyancing committee chaired by Professor Farrand will be taking oral evidence.

That is a matter for the committee. I understand that it has not yet taken a final decision.

asked the Attorney-General if he will publish the names of the members of the conveyancing committee chaired by Professor Farrand, stating the organisation nominating each member and which members are barristers or solicitors.
