§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe Northumberland careers service estimates that 4,450 young people will become eligible to leave school this year. Projections of job vacancies are not made, but the Manpower Services Commission plan to provide 2,391 youth training scheme places in Northumberland during 1984–85.
