HC Deb 22 May 1984 vol 60 cc384-5W
Mr. Allan Roberts

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many legal cases against the North West water authority have been brought; how much the North West water authority has paid out in claims and how much in solicitors' fees; and how many such cases have been settled with and without proceedings.

Mr. Waldegrave

Such information is not held centrally; this is a matter for the North West water authority. The hon. Member may care to address more specific enquiries to the chairman of the authority.
