Mr. Hordern

asked the Secretary of State for Employment how many people were employed in the Manpower Services Commission and in the Property Services Agency, and if he will list the numbers so employed, in each year since their inception.

The Manpower Services Commission was set up in October 1974. The relevant figures at 1 April each year since that date are as follows:
