§ Mrs. ChalkerThe first step is to take final decisions about which particular roads including the south circular are to be the responsibility of the Department. As the consultation paper explained, we are considering commissioning a number of assessment studies about the possible options for improvement of London's roads and the local environment over the next 10 to 15 years.
