Mr. Coleman

asked the Secretary of State for Transport what action he intends taking in respect of the recommendations contained in paragraph 9 of resolution 815(1984) of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, and especially in paragraph 9, VIII.

The matters dealt with in this resolution, and in resolutions of the European Conference of Ministers of Transport, are the subject of Parliamentary debate as occasion requires.
