§ Mr. Austin Mitchellasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will cause a local inquiry to be held under section 32 of the Police Act 1964 into the investigations made by a detective chief inspector of the Metropolitan police into allegations of corruption in Hackney and Islington and the subsequent transfer of the officer concerned to other duties.
