§ Mr. Aitkenasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) if he will estimate the cost to public funds if every member of the Metropolitan police special constabulary were to receive tax-free bounty payments comparable to those currently paid to members of the Territorial Army;
(2) if he will estimate the cost to public funds if every member of the special constabulary in England and Wales were to receive tax-free bounty payments comparable to those currently paid to members of the Territorial Army.
