§ Mr. Teddy Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will estimate the likely financial effect on the tourism industry in Northern Ireland of the decision to impose a new television licence arrangement for hotels.
§ Mr. ButlerFifty one per cent. of all hotels registered with the Northern Ireland Tourist Board will not be required to take out any additional television licences under the new arrangements. It is estimated that the total annual cost of additional licences in the remainder will be in the region of £13,000.
