§ Mr. Gwilym Jonesasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he intends to invite comment and discussion from interested parties and responsible bodies on the proposed changes to the memorandum for guidance of the police on the administration of the Firearms Act 1968 before the revised memorandum is (a) completed and (b) published.
§ Mr. HurdWe will consult the British Shooting Sports Council and the two associations of chief police officers once a draft of the revised memorandum of guidance has been prepared.
