§ Mr. Beggsasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) what proposals he has for the future regarding teachers' salary negotiations and settlements; and if he will make a statement;
(2) if he has any plans to replace annual negotiations of teachers' salaries with index-linking; and if he will make a statement.
