§ The Solicitor-General for ScotlandThe Department's policies and procedures were reviewed by the equal opportunities officer along with the principal establishment officer. Additional guidance is being given to managers during training sessions, effective from November 1983, and the equal opportunities officer participates in management training courses. Further guidance will be considered when the results of surveys have been evaluated.
