§ Mr. BrookeI would expect the WEA districts to agree fee structures which provide remission of fees for those who cannot afford to pay the full amounts. A revised formula for the allocation of DES grant to the WEA districts is currently under discussion with the WEA and it is expected that this will take into account appropriate remission of fees.
