asked the Prime Minister if she intends to introduce legislation banning the naming of employees of the intelligence services.

The Prime Minister

The practice of publishing the names of employees, or supposed employees, of the intelligence services is to be deplored, as it endangers national security and can expose the people named to personal risk. However, the Government have yet to decide whether legislation would be an appropriate response to this problem.
