asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) how many operating sessions took place at St. Anne's hospital during 1983;

(2) how many operating sessions took place at Fleetwood hospital during 1983;

(3) how many operating sessions took place at Lytham hospital during 1983;

(4) how many of the available 520 operating sessions at St. Anne's hospital during 1983 were not used; and if he will give the reasons why such sessions did not take place;

(5) how many of the available 520 operating sessions at Fleetwood hospital during 1983 were not used; and if he will give the reasons why such sessions did not take place;

(6) how many of the available 520 operating sessions at Lytham hospital during 1983 were not used; and if he will give the reasons why such sessions did not take place.
