§ Mr. William Powellasked the Prime Minister (1) what is the longest time it has taken to fill a vacant episcopal see and the shortest since l May 1979;
(2) how many vacant episcopal sees have been refused by at least one of those offered the appointment by her as a result of the recommendation of the Crown Appointments Commission;
(3) how many persons recommended to her for appointment as diocesan bishops by the Crown Appointments Commission have subsequently refused appointment;
(4) whether she will publish in the Official Report the names of the members of the Crown Appointments Commission;
