§ Mr. Teddy Taylorasked the Prime Minister what developments have taken place in fulfilling the mandate on Common Market reforms agreed at the Stuttgart summit since the last meeting of Common Market premiers which she attended in March.
§ The Prime MinisterThe Agriculture Council on 30–31 March agreed on quotas to deal with the Community's milk surplus, on a series of price cuts and on guarantee thresholds for surplus or high-cost products. Detailed work on budget discipline has been remitted to the Economic and Finance Council. Discussion of the issue of budget imbalances has continued in the Foreign Affairs Council and bilaterally.
