HC Deb 11 May 1984 vol 59 c492W
Mr. John Fraser

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment how much (a) capital and (b) annual revenue has been provided for "Brixton Cares for Kids"; and what conditions were attached to the payment of the funds under the inner city partnership.

Sir George Young

The capital funding authorised for "Brixton Cares for Kids" under the Lambeth inner city partnership was £45,780.

The revenue funding authorised was £45,000 in 1981–82 and £40,200 in 1982–83 and 1983–84. The project time—expired in March 1984 and revenue funding for a further three years was agreed at a level of £44,670.

The conditions attached by my Department are those common to all urban programme grant payments for individual ICP projects.
