Friend's previous question on this subject on 13 March at column112 we have been considering the staffing implications of transferring full responsibility for aid administration from the development division to the high commissioner in Barbados. The Diplomatic Service inspectors wi11 be in Barbados in June and July and will make recommenda—tions on this question.
