asked the Secretary of State for Wales why it took until 30 April for his Department to answer the letter dated 29 March from the hon. Member for Caernarfon, concerning the condition of houses at Nlaes Barcer, Caernarfon, in view of the fact that a similar reply had been sent to Arfon borough council on 19 April.

The reply to Arfon borough council was dealt with by officials in the normal way. After the Easter recess, I wrote to the hon. Member for Caernarfon enclosing a copy of that reply.
