Member for Carrick, Cumnock and 387W Doon Valley, if he will list the provisional lists of schemes submitted to the Commisssion of the European Communities with a view to their being financed by the rebate to the United Kingdom.
§ Mr.Ian StewartNo. Until the draft regulations are adopted by the council the Government cannot finalise the lists of projects, programmes and measures to be submitted to the Commission for its decisions on the allocation of the refunds from the 1983 Community budget.
