§ Mr.Murphyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he expects to be in a position to make a statement on the proposal for Government financial assistance for the fund for the replacement of animals in medical experiments.
§ Mr.MellorFurther information is awaited from the fund and, in the light of this, a decision will be reached, and a statement made, as soon as possible. I am most sympathetic to the proposal that the Government should assist FRAME in its valuable work.
