Prior CBE DL, who has agreed to act as Chairman of the Committee on the Prison Disciplinary System, I am pleased to announce that Mr. H. J. Appleton, Professor S. M. Cretney, Mr. R. W. Davies, Mr. Trevor Phillips, Mr. P. D. J. Scott QC, Ms. Vivien Stern, Mrs. J. Veale JP and Mr. L. J. F. Wheeler CBE have agreed to serve on the committee.
