§ Sir George YoungThe Department has today sent to the local authorities and development corporations concerned a consultation paper on the future of Aycliffe, Peterlee, and Washington new towns. I have also sent copies to the hon. Members who have expressed an interest in this topic, and copies have also been sent to a number of other organisations who have expressed interest.
