LathamMr. asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) what were the names of any persons who left the Libyan people's bureau on Saturday 28 April who did not possess diplomatic immunity but who accompanied the party which did;
(2) whether he will list by name and purported job description or diplomatic title all persons with diplomatic status who left the Libyan people's bureau on Saturday 28 April, following the break in diplomatic relations.
§ Mr. HurdI assume that my hon. Friend is referring to the occupants of the bureau who left it under police supervision on Friday 27 April. Their names, and titles or functions, are as follows. Those indicated with an asterisk had been notified to my right hon. and learned Friend the Foreign and Commonwealth Secretary as diplomatic agents or members of the administrative and technical staff of the Libyan mission.
