§ Lord Aveburyasked Her Majesty's Government:
Whether the Libyans now being deported under the provisions of Section 13(5) of the Immigration Act 1971 have been informed of their right to make representations to a tribunal, at which they may appear in person, in accordance with a statement by the former Home Secretary to the House of Commons on 15th June 1971.
