§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether the £20 million aid scheme for investment assistance for the textiles, clothing, knitting and footwear industries, which he announced on 19 March, has been approved by the European Commission; and when he expects the details of the scheme to be available to potential applicants.
